Pressure Conveying

Pressure conveying - when the distance is too long for vacuum conveying (i.e. pressure drop in excess of 0.5 bar), or in case of only one intake point and a number of discharge points.

Pressure conveying is an efficient conveying method on the condition that proper steps are made to remove any dust from the intake point area.

The piping is available in different standards - mild steel or stainless steel - assembled with easy-to-detach sleeves, - and every metre of the piping has been calculated and optimized by our advanced EDP program. Simatek is supplying pressure conveying systems for products as different as sugar, grain, corn, almonds, lime, and ingredients.

Pressure conveying systems with capacities of 250 to 50,000 kg/h. 

Smaller capacity requirements have successfully been arranged as ventilation conveying.
