Panel filters

Panel filters are used as pre-filters for higher efficiency filters. They are suitable for mounting in small areas with huge airflow. Efficiency classes: from  G3/ISO Coarse >55% to F5/ISO Coarse >85%. Panel filters are flat, pleated or compact (V-type).

PLEATED

Filtering area of pleated filters is 3 times larger than the one of flat filters. Synthetic material has a metal framework, which increases filter stability. The material is glued to the framework with especially durable polyurethane adhesive.

Efficiency classes: G3/ISO Coarse >55% to F5/ISO Coarse >85%.

Standard widths of metal frame: 50 mm, 100 mm.

We offer galvanized tin frames of irregular dimensions too.

 

MINIPLEATED

Thanks to specific technology filtering area of the pleated filter is 16 times larger* than the one of the flat cassette filter.

Efficiency classes -  M5/ISO Coarse 85% to F9/ePM1 85%.

Standard width of frame – 24 mm, 47 mm, 98 mm.
