Dry Adsorbtion (Removal of Acid Gases, Heavy Metals, and Dioxins)

Simatek Dry Sorption Flue Gas Cleaning (DSFGC) for absorption of acid gases and adsorption of heavy metals and dioxins in incineration plants.
The sorbent is injected directly into the flue gas before the filter, and will then in the filter cake on the bag surface react directly with the hazardous components in the flue gas.
The very best result is achieved in the single-bag cleaned filters (Simpulse 3C), which on the control side are designed as reactor filters, optimizing chemical consumption and sorption combined with an efficient particle filtration.
Based on the unique Simpulse 3C concept, low emission values are guaranteed at a minimum sorbent consumption. With Simatek's DSFGC no complicated steps like electrostatic precipitators, scrubbers, condensators, and police filters are needed; - and most often one Simatek reactor filter can fulfill the job.
